1. What a Sundayfawn gift card is
A Sundayfawn gift card is stored monetary value that may be applied toward eligible purchases on sundayfawn.com. It is not a credit or debit card, bank account, or general-purpose payment instrument.
2. No expiry or maintenance fees
Sundayfawn gift cards are intended not to expire and do not carry maintenance, inactivity, or service fees.
3. Currency
A gift card is issued in the currency shown at purchase. It is redeemed in that same currency unless Sundayfawn later supports a compliant conversion process. The card retains its monetary value even if product prices change.
4. Eligible purchases
Gift cards may be applied toward eligible Sundayfawn products and permitted charges presented at checkout. Gift cards may not be used to purchase another gift card.
5. Partial balances
If a purchase uses less than the available balance, the remaining value stays on the gift card. If a purchase exceeds the available balance, the customer may use another supported payment method for the difference where that functionality is available.
6. Refunds
Where a purchase paid with a gift card is eligible for a refund, the gift-card-funded portion should be returned to the original gift card unless applicable law requires a different treatment.
7. Cash redemption
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law.
8. Lost, stolen, or misdirected cards
Treat a gift-card code and security PIN like cash. Sundayfawn may be able to assist with an undelivered or misdirected digital gift after verifying purchaser details, but cannot guarantee replacement once value has been redeemed by someone using valid credentials.
9. Fraud and abuse
Sundayfawn may pause, cancel, or investigate a gift card where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, unauthorized payment, chargeback abuse, or attempted manipulation of the gift-card system, subject to applicable law.
10. Delivery
Digital gift cards may be sent to the recipient or purchaser and may be scheduled for a future date. Email delivery can be affected by recipient addresses, spam filtering, provider delays, or service interruptions. Sundayfawn support can assist with verified resend requests.
11. Changes and legal review
These terms are intended to describe the operating rules of the Sundayfawn gift-card program. Jurisdiction-specific consumer-protection requirements may override or supplement these terms. Production launch requires final legal/tax review for the markets in which gift cards are sold.
